Damages and Issues
We take great care in processing each order to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you believe there is an error with your order, please reach out to us at hardicardoffical@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues. If the customization process has already started or is completed, changes may still be possible, but a fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom-made items, including special orders and personalized designs. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
As each card is uniquely crafted for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Once the customization process begins, the transfer of information to your luxury metal card is permanent, making all sales final. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.
